PART ONE I'm looking for a record. A vinyl record. Yes, it's a little outdated. Do you want to hear the story behind it? It's nothing special to be honest. It's just a record that I often heard at home when I was little. I was too young to remember it in detail, and all I remember is a vague notion of the main melody. I got used to hearing it all the time, so I didn't pay too much attention to it.
PART TWO One day, I came to the realization that I hadn't heard that melody in a very long time. Unfortunately, we must have misplaced the record during one of our moves. I typically have a keen ear for music, but I haven't heard any song similar to it. Even after all these years, I haven't been able to find it. It's quite peculiar. The owner of this store is an avid collector of old records, so I would come from time to time to see if he had stumbled upon it. And that's the story.
PART THREE You want to help me look for it? You don't have to inconvenience yourself for my sake... It's okay if I never end up finding it. I honestly may have been so young at the time that I misremembered the melody. Maybe I've already heard the song somewhere and didn't realize it. For the time being, I'm going to give up my search. As for this record...let's listen to it again.
PART FOUR Once the needle runs through the final groove, it will start to play from the beginning again. It would be nice if a particular moment in time could also be saved and replayed like a record. Moments like? Like whenever I'm with you. The past, and every day to come.
