As notoriously intolerant as he was, Walter had spent the initial portions of his mayoral tenure exhibiting a conscious effort to remain aimable and publicly palatable. His PR team working far more than necessary to achieve as much of his behalf. And, despite his natural inclinations or his usual demeanour, this endeavour had been relatively successful.

That was until the Ghostbusters reared their heads once again; seemingly with intentions of souring his public image. Naturally, Walter was just a little sore about the prospect of sharing his political sphere with the likes of these idiots once more. And, as if to rub salt in the wound, one of those very men was making himself very apparent in Walter's office space.
