Erik Prince (brother of Secretary of Education, Betsy Devos) the CEO of Blackwater, the paramilitary outfit, recently quoted as to reviving the Phoenix Program for "handling ISIS." I'll quote from page 85 of Douglas Valentine's "The Phoenix Program" about what was used for the militarization and nationalizing the police force of South Vietnam (and, arguably, many countries that had CIA and Mossad backed coups) - "As for the American role, according to Muldoon, 'you can't have an American there ("prisoner" interrogation) all the time watching these things.' 'These things' included: rape, gang rape, rape using eels, snakes, or hard objects, and rape followed by murder; electrical shock ('the Bell Telephone Hour') rendered by attaching wires to the genitals or other sensitive parts of the body, like the tongue; 'the water treatment'; 'the airplane,' in which a prisoner's arms were tied behind the back and rope looped over a hook on a ceiling, suspending the prisoner in midairb after which he or she were beaten; beatings with rubber hoses and whips; and the ise of police dogs to maul prisoners. All this and more occurred in PICs (Province Interrogation Center). Trump has kept one promise though, making the CIA, Israel and Saudi Arabia great again... entities that (also) have been funding and abbeding ISIS and Al-Nusra insurgents with aid/funds/guns.
