Supercorp, which isn't canon, has more fics than icons like Korrasami, Rupphire or Catradora (I love them too, don't get me wrong)
Destiel, despite Supernatural's ending, is the ship with more fics out of all ao3.
Canon matters? Yes, when you write metas or analyses the text. But with shipping? Not really. Bc what matters there is having fun.
bkdk/dkbk has 50969 fics in ao3 at the moment. Which is insane. If not more fics are add, by reading one fic per day, it would take around 130 years to read them all.
Even funnier, if we use the otp: true function the number turns down to 29175 (we still have 57.2% of fics & 80 years of reading), to put it in perspective, k/b turns down to 14767 (43.4%), e/m to 6255 (24.18 %) and i/o to 2305 (22.12%). /No shade to any of the ships, I just want to give us maths/
Wilder, Remus/Sirius has 57528 fics, but with otp:true the number is 21838 (37.96%)
*both MHA and HP/Marauders have huge cast, so minor ships/the ship itself but not centric are more likely to be included in the tags.
