I find this to be the stupidest thing people are fighting over, but to address all the ACOTAR 5 truthers who are using Good Reads as proof that ACOFAS doesn’t count is 3.5 not 4. Today Rebecca Yarros posted and addressed the fact that they have misinformation up about her next book.
This is just more proof that just because it’s on Good Reads doesn’t mean it’s accurate. We should only take as fact what SJM and Bloomsbury put out as fact for the published work and currently on Bloomsbury’s website it states that ACOFAS is the 4th book. Sarah just posted she finished the first draft of ACOTAR 6.
Lots of people want to discredit ACOFAS because it weakens their crack ships or head cannon and others just hated it and resent the fact it wasn’t a typical SJM book. Either way, it’s cannon and SJM was proud enough of it and considered it important enough to the characters/story to publish it.
