Framed? Tyrion purposefully set her up to be Shae's fall guy.
False testimony? Tyrion validates Cersei's belief in Yaya's guilt, just like Shae validated hers and everyone else's belief in his.
He knows how to get Cersei off her back yet intentionally doesn't. An argument can be made that now Cersei has her, she's safer as his whore than just a whore, but that's not why he holds his tongue.
It's mostly for the pleasure of outsmarting Cersei and then for protecting Shae. Just like Shae testifies against Tyrion to protect Shae.
One big difference is that the way Tyrion treats Yaya is much worse than Shae treats Tyrion.
What has Tyrion done to Shae? He's hit her, isolated her, taken back all her wages while giving her additional work. (Why exactly is Shae called a gold digger for wanting her hard-earned wages back? I know the way she treats Lollys is crazy bad but like re: Tyrion, she's got a good case for hating his guts.)
What has Yaya done to Tyrion? Been nothing but pleasant and polite, even allowing him to kiss her lovely hand and cheek.
Tyrion set Yaya up. It's not incidentally his fault that she ends up in Tywin's clutches; it's by his design. He never cared what it would cost her. The way others treat Tyrion is the way he treats others. Maybe that's because it's all he knows or what he knows best.
