So Silco and Jinx manage to successfully separate Zaun from Piltover perhaps experiencing some more bonding in the process over working together without the distractions. Jinx does become a symbol of revolution after all. And she is kind of Silco's heir ( as his daughter?). + she's probably more stable because of the absence of destabilizing elements (Vi) trying to pull her loyalties in different directions.
After several years a release of the most Zaunites that are still in the Stillwater prison is negotiated. Vi happens to be among that freed Zaunites numbers.
Just imagine - she's set free. She's home again in Zaun. But everything is different.
