Proactol Australia Review
Proactol became very popular in the USA and the United Kingdom, then it was inevitable it would spread across to Australia.
You've probably read reviews about the pills from a USA and UK perspective, but here is my review for how well it would be suited for a typical Australian looking to reduce body fat.
Pretty much wherever you buy it in the world, the ingredients remain the same, and that includes us here in Australia. That means it is a natural product, and in Australia there is no prescription required to buy Proactol.
Probably one of the biggest concerns an Aussie might have before buying Proactol, are the possibility of any side effects. What I mean by that is really the question, Is Proactol going to do me any harm?
I think the main reason it doesn't have any side effects worth worrying about is because the pills don't contain any chemicals like other diet pills do. Again it's all natural. Ans I have to say for a pill that's so natural, it has some pretty nifty stats.
Being able to bind around 30% of fat consumed is pretty powerful for a little pill. And that's probably a good thing because here in Australia we have big appetites. We love our meat pies and tim tams. That's a lot of fat for little old Proactol to bind.
Another stat is that it's supposed to suppress your appetite. To be honest I'm not so sure about that one. Or maybe it's just me. I haven't noticed any difference in my food cravings since I started taking Proactol.
Another stat is that it can reduce calorie intake. Well yes that is defo a no brainer. If 30% of the fat is being binded, then that is 30% less calories, simple math really.
Are all these stats actually factual though? So many pills that come from the USA have this “clinically proven” phrase atached to it. Well I have read online that they actually have certification to back up this expression, and I don't really feel the need to investigate that claim any further, as I can tell it's binding around 30% of the fat I am eating.
How can I know that? I know because my weight gain has slowed down since I started taking Proactol.
The reason Proactol works so well for me is because there is a lot fat in my Australian meat pies, and I eat a lot of pies. Once I start, I just can't stop. If I haven't eaten for a while I start to get very tired and have no energy at all. But then when I bite into my first pie, I start to feel the life coming back in to my body. I start to feel alive again.
What's happening here is the fat from the meat pie is giving me life sustaining energy. And it feels great at this point. My problem is I don't just eat for the energy, I get carried away with the taste. So all the fat that follows just gets stored as a surplus fat waiting to fuel my next marathon, only I haven't entered in to any marathons, so the fat just builds and builds.
So If I can bind 30% of that fat, that slows down my weight gain by a lot.
So does Proactol work, and would I recommend it? Well first off it is working for me. Like I say I have slowed down my weight gain. But when you ask the question does Proactol work? By working you might take that to mean does Proactol make you go from fat to thin just by taking the pill and doing nothing else. If that's the way you are thinking then I would say there is no fat binder in this world that can do that.
But does it do the job of binding fat, then I would say heck yeah. It binds 30% of the stuff, and that is a lot of fat in my opinion.
I guess I will need to try and cut down on my meat pies and tim tams. Tim tams have a lot of sugar, and here is where I feel Proactol may not be working for me. You see sugar isn't actually a fat, so Proactol aint gonna bind it. That means a lot of sugar is getting through, and when sugar is consumed any excess is converted to fat, and again because I'm not using it, it will again be added to all my surplus. I guess I would need a sugar binder for that.
But all in all I'm happy with Proactol. It's doing it's job. And the great thing here in Australia I pay the same price for it as everyone else wherever they happen to live in the world.
