I wouldn't say skinny shaming isn't real but it's definitely more to do with misogyny (almost always being directed at girls/ppl telling girls what to do with their bodies) and abelism (assuming someone who is super skinny has some sort of eating disorder or assuming the cure is to just "eat a hamburger") as opposed to fatphobia which while directed more towards women still applies to all genders and has more to do with the actual weight
