I work in wastewater/water treatment designing the plants, my unemployed ass is currently greatly enjoying two employers fighting over me, one in Charlotte the other in Conway. I would be commuting or hybrid for either so location is less relevant. Both do roughly the same work, NC is salary exempt with slightly lower pay ($70k) and slightly better benefits (employer paid, supplemental insurance not included), SC is hourly nonexempt with slightly higher pay ($72k) but slightly worse benefits (not employer paid, around $3k employee paid, this does not include supplemental insurance) both are ESOP with immediate eligibility. NC does not currently wanna ultra murder me(also Asheville exists) however this could flip at literally any moment and SC mega does, SC is incredibly incompetent as a default so true threat is little to none, I say as a born SC native, they are the true embodiment of nothing ever happens. I'm currently leaning NC but the city of Charlotte does suck so much ass though. Both have the possibility of starting from a different office, but both would want me in the same market region (SC in SC, NC in NC).

I find it really spineless and ridiculous when people (especially in Grishaverse fandom) post stuff like "There’s a certain account that I won't mention but they do and say this and this, and they completely misunderstood the characters because blah blah... I am this close to blocking their account they are so aggravating...". Ok, so block them?? Who are you trying to fool by faux politeness of not mentioning the blog's name but describing them in detail? If you feel the need to mention it, it means you want to publicly throw shade. And then you draw satisfaction from the comments guessing who it is like it's middle school. Not to mention distorting what they said to win yourself sympathy points and make your argument more plausible. We can post whatever we please on our blogs ofc, but if you disagree with someone, either have the guts to comment your opinion or block them. Or gossip in a group chat, whatever. I don't understand these kind of posts because this is a hellsite and the odds of you interacting with them are low. They probably don't come on your side of the fandom anyway. This isn't a southern country club where you try to conceal your thinly veiled disdain. It's about fictional characters for goodness' sake, let people have their opinions!
