so i was one of the sleuthgens in the Homestuck discord server (you'll know what i'm talking about if you're in it) and i started drawing this piece not long before the last upd8 dropped. it was my prediction of what it was going to look like when Problem Sleuth finally initiates Sepulchritude, which i and the other sleuthgens had yet to see.
even after the upd8 dropped though, and i paused working on this and saw that my Sepulchritude prediction was wrong (way awesomer), the next day (today) i still felt like i had to finish this piece as a sendoff to the rerelease. so, here it is.
i had a lot of fun making this!! it involved a lot of fucking around and finding out mostly, for example the background is for the most part a highly modified version of a comb rave panel. a self-indulgent part of me slightly wishes Sepulchritude looked like this honestly lol
