problem solving
so i was writing a paper for psychology and i wrote this and i felt people may feel the same way i do about things like this.
“Problem solving occurs when a goal has to be reached by thinking and behaving a certain ways. Problem solving is a part of decision making. The process includes identifying the situation, evaluating the options available and choosing among the several alternatives. With my racing thoughts I go through the ‘problem solving’ at incredible speeds. I will think ‘what should I say next in the conversation’ and my brain starts to fire off all the different possibilities of what I could say and once it thinks of something to say it begins to think of what the person I’m talking to will say. So it would have 10+ different things I could say then multiply that by the 10+ thing the person could say in response to what I said and you get my brain. Over 100 different conversations inside my head in the span of someone saying “Hey, Melanie! What’s up?” this creates a big problem for me because I always think I told someone something when in reality I just thought about telling them the thing 12 different times.”
