Still not sure why hookup culture is so prevalent and it can be quite uncomfortable sometimes. Especially when I have to explain to someone that I just met that I want to be their friend and not fuck their every orifice. Idk. I get that it's liberating but I wish deconstructing the patriarchy and diminishing societal roles and expectations of certain genders came with this hookup culture.
