have been doing more constant yoga and some core work lately and now I know those gym bros aren't lying when they talk about endorphins kicking in when training because today, after 20 min of mindful yoga flow workout I suddenly got so happy during a powerful pose I nearly starting laughing
beauty culture/youth culture/ageism is so fucked up because i just sat crying in the bathroom for an hour for finding my first grey hairs and because at 27, I have lived my life. at 27!!! what kind of fuckery is this?? a short Google search tells you that this is super normal at my age, though, and it makes me think of all those 30ish women on the red carpet that have hid their grey hairs and make us believe grey hair is for pensioniers only like??? why is there not a conversation around that? why do we sit in horrors in front of our mirrors, dreading this day, even if we feel like we proudly don't comply to general ideas of beauty? why do we fight against every change of our body instead of celebrating it as natural progression and leveling up? the industry destroyed us in ways we can't even fathom yet
you'll ask guys what they do to their hair to make it so soft and they'll just reply "idk there's mango in it"

love, the struggle of my life
the intensity of how hard I'm into boys who wear those stupid light grey hoodies is ridiculous
