If you want a small matcha peach smoothie with whip cream, SAY SO. Don't just say "I need a smoothie" and assume I know exactly what you mean. I can't read minds. I literally hate when I have to keep asking them if they want this or that. I understand if they don't know what they want, but you get lazy people who just don't care. I really want to just cough right in the microphone and tell them to move along.

Mentally traumatised at work. Old lady came in asking for help with some hold ups. Said she wanted ones which didn't have loads of lace at the tops because they 'get caught on your pubes and you scream bloody murder' I will never be the same after this
