Things to bring into 2026
Iâm capable and have capacity.
I can now push myself when Iâm tired or emotionally dysregulated and not experience severe consequences.
I can keep a clean-ish house.
I enjoy being social.
I have time and can do multiple things in a day.
Things to develop in 2026
I can keep cooking and believe I can find ways to make it easier on myself.
I can lessen avoiding conflict.
I can do anything for 5 minutes. Any day.
No urgency. None.
