i actually feel very sad right now

my best friend started dating this boy and while he's nice and all and we get along, she pays more attention to him now. I noticed it first when she stayed over for 2 weeks in my house. She barely listens to things I say when she talks to him, barely talks to me instead just lays around and texts him. I totally understand that she's excited about it all but like...

today I sustained a really bad injury. I fell from my bed and hit my head on the corner so I have a really huge gash on my eyebrow and a bad, swollen bruise on my cheek. I was panicking so I texted her (she was with the boy since yesterday) and it's been 3 hours and I didn't even get a single reply while on the other hand it takes her roughly 3 minutes to reply to him.

I feel so irrelevant to her life right now. What makes me even sadder is that this was the exact thing she promised she wouldn't do.
