Probably a good third of what I threw out today was stuff I probably wanted to keep, but since NOTHING was where I could put context and emotion to it, I COULDN’T TELL.

Was that vanilla cream teddy bear Chief Gogona, my very first Build-a-Bear who came to me in an Air Force costume? Who knows! He wasn’t wearing anything!

Was that the antique green yarn I’ve been saving for a nice cable project, or Red Heart? Who knows?

I don’t. I have NO CONTEXT for any of it, so unless it was extremely obvious - the custom label on a bottle of sangria from a former coworker’s wedding? Obvious. Unless it was extremely obvious, I HAVE NO CLUE. WELCOME TO PROCESSING HELL.
