- i decided. put on my work out clothes (just after ripping the tags off them, that's how thoughtful i am), some music, locked the door.

went back for water. locked the door again.

walked down on the stairs.

walked to the gym.

looked in.

still no jaccuzzi and ripped guys offering you coctails by the pool (also on that note; no pool).

so i walked back.

walked up on the stairs.

ate a bowl of ice-cream bc post workout meal is important, and ice-cream has lots of protein in it, just next to a handful of carbs and fat but who cares.

i think tomorrow's gonna be a rest day tho, shouldn't go overboard with it.

dunno, maybe next time i should walk faster on that 50 meters. i kinda feel guilty bc of smoking a cigarette on the way back, but hey i stepped out of my comfort zone, i had to treat myself
