I just wanted to write some Krennic x reader smut. Instead I am trying to figure out if bid rigging would be a thing in the Galaxy and how public tendering worked during the Empire era so I can thoroughly explain why Krennic and reader are fucking. This perfectionism is so damn crippling. Help.

Have spent 10 hours today thinking and trying to figure out my points for this legal brief. Not even writing, just trying to poke holes in some judge's decision. I'm about ready to hit myself with this 1500 page Procurement Law textbook and end my misery.

Tumblr on Open Contracting in Mongolia

In June 2011, the Government of Mongolia amended the Public Procurement Law of Mongolia  (PPLM) to include a new formal role for civil society and professional organizations in bid evaluation and contract monitoring. In many ways, this amendment places Mongolia at the forefront of open contracting - i.e. contract transparency and monitoring.

Civil society organizations have now formed a network, the Partnership for Public Procurement, to promote civil society participation and monitoring of public procurement in Mongolia.

This Tumblr will try to document the procurement opportunities and challenges that Mongolia faces especially with regards to civil society participation.
