LAST SHOW YOU WATCHED: Dastan (a love story set during partition time of 1947 Pakistan/India and the tribulations a girl faces during that time. It’s amazing and sad. You can watch it with English subs here).

WHAT’S YOUR HONEST OPINION ABOUT YOUR MUSE? I think Ino has always been quite misunderstood due to media perceptions of the ‘rival’ heroine in a series. She tries harder than all the rest and never feels sorry for herself when she fails at her attempts. Merely laughs or smiles at her misfortunes, instead, encourages others and supports them to achieve their dreams. She’s honestly a lovely, happy girl and she’s so much fun to rp with her various moods.

WOULD YOU DATE YOUR MUSE? I think it would be fun to hang out with Ino. She’d honestly push you and support you into trying things you’d never think to try. 

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE KINDS OF THREADS? Anything really. But I have to admit, I enjoy light-hearted threads more because Ino isn’t a very angsty or dark character. She’s more of a comedic or supporting role character so there isn’t much to go on where angst is concerned.

ARE YOU A SELECTIVE ROLEPLAYER? Nope. I love writing and don’t mind who I write with. I think my only condition is just to add effort in the posts and be creative. :3

DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE MUSE (IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE)? Uhm.. no. I just have Ino as my constant muse- to be fair- she is easy to write for. I also enjoyed rping Hiyori. 

WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE FANDOM? ... This is sad but I was like 14-15 at the time and this guy knew I liked anime and he suggested Naruto to me so I watched it. I watched the entire Haku arc, hating it but only watching it to impress the person. Then I ended up getting into the fandom when 110 episodes were out and Sasuke was away from Konoha. :) 

DO YOU SEE YOURSELF STAYING WITH THE FANDOM FOR A LONG TIME? It’s been 10 years. I think... it’ll stick. But since the end has come out, I can see the effects waning from me- I’m older now, too.

“For me?”

Her favourite flowers! She hadn’t be expecting this at all. She absolutely loved them.

“Thank you so much!”

Itachi paused before reaching Sasuke's name on his list of contacts. In many ways, due to his unrelenting guilt, he was not as accepting of their healed bond as brothers. But- "... Sasuke? Ino is having the baby now. We're at the maternity wing of Pendulum Hospital." There was another pause, Itachi holding his cellular device to his ear. "You're going to be an uncle."

The baby.... Itachi’s baby was... on the way. 

 “Understood.” Closing his phone with a sharp snap, the ex con had wasted no time throwing his coat over his shoulders and leaving the office, his feet set in the direction of the hospital. Within minutes, Sasuke had found himself in a chair beside his mother awaiting the arrival of the newest member of the clan.

The smile on Itachi’s features widened, the familiar light of amusement more often seen in his childhood flickering in his eyes. He missed their banter.

“Oh, then you’re just in time. He was just about turn in when you arrived; I suppose he can spare you a minute or two before sleeping.”

Eyes softening, he added;

“Thank you for coming by, Shisui. It means a lot to me.”

“Ah, perfect timing then.” Shisui broke into a wide grin before closing the gap between them and pulling Itachi in a firm hug - ignoring their lessened height gap and ruffling the other’s hair for good measure. “Of course, I wasn’t about to miss your birthday now, was I? And I see Ino has it in her mind that everyone should know about it.”

The bright, confetti filled balloons were hard to miss after all. “But I gotta say, you do look like you could use a nap. Haku been keeping you up all night or is the new mother still expecting midnight ice cream runs?”

And here he’d thought that he would be able to enjoy a good book now that there was a moment of peace in the house- alas.

With a last glance at Haku, Itachi reached for the baseball bat in the corner of the room, already rushing downstairs to where he knew Ino was. The living room. That was where he’d heard her scream from.

There was no time to waste- especially with the level of alarm that had been present in her voice. With her weakened state, anything could happen. He still did not trust the characters that lurked in the city.

Except that what, or rather the person who awaited him below wasn’t someone he’d entirely expect. Least of all now of all times.

“Ino– what is happening? Are you al—- Kisame?”

Was that really his former partner?

She could only confirm that he was dangerous as soon as that toned body tensed to attack her. His pointy teeth looked like he could eat her in three pieces or less- and Haku - the baby would be swallowed whole!

She shouted for Itachi to come running and was glad when she could smell his familiar scent become closer. He was also holding a weapon, carrying a bat much like a staff and for that, Ino was glad.

Ino didn't want to strike Kisame and lose the only weapon she had- she'd wait for her moment.

"Itachi! Quick!" Ino told him, miming a smashing motion aimed for Kisame's head. "He's going to eat-"

...

Wait. Had Itachi mentioned the name Kisame? Ino had heard of him, through both Itachi and Asuma on separate occasions. He was meant to be a renegade Mist shinobi that had been partnered with Itachi. All Akatsuki members worked in pairs. Ino knew that.

Her eyes narrowed but she didn't drop her crude weapon. "Wasn't that your partner's name?"

Birthday boy ~

Of course, Itachi did not like attention to himself- but Ino wanted everyone to know it was his birthday. She had bought a sash for him to wear at work - but she knew he would refuse that.

Instead, she pulled up loud and colourful decorations outside their house with confetti filled balloons bobbing around the fence of their front yard and a birthday wreath on the door.

(So even if a person were to pop them, they would be covered in glittery confetti!!)

With a final hanging of an arty, black and white photograph of Itachi, she drew a heart around his face in lipstick before stepping back inside.
