This is not going to be as easy as I thought it would be.
Hair Care: To clean my hair, I mixed Vinegar and Baking Powder together, I waited until the baking powder settle in after the initial fizz reaction. I then poured hot water into the mixture. I blended it thoroughly. I applied the mixture to my hair and then rinsed it out after a few minutes. Brushing it out was a bit difficult at first. After my hair adjusted, it felt super soft. I wanted some body to my hair, since it is naturally flat. Since I don't even want to use a blower! I just twisted my hair up and put it in a messy bun. After sleeping in it, I let it down and it helped create so much more body.
Body wash: I used Coconut Butter with a touch of sea salt mixed with hot water. After that, I felt like my skin was a bit too oily, but 30 minutes later the moisture had locked in and my body feels soft and refreshing.
Oral Hygiene: I went to my local health food store and bought a natural (bamboo) toothbrush. I mixed peroxide and a touch of baking powder. Mixed them, and brushed my teeth. It was a little rough, it felt like if you were to exfoliate your teeth in a gentle way. It felt super clean. The peroxide is very safe. It is only 3% which is anti-septic.
The hardest thing for me is switch my beautiful smelling deodorant to a natural crystal rock. And, I'm not kidding when I say it is a rock im rubbing on my armpits.
In my country, we have been using it for many years, after a Man shaves, that's what they rub on their face. It is anti-septic and tightens up their pores!
This is my first day, I don't smell like B.O but I do smell like a salad dressing which isn't so bad. :)
