Spell for More Spoons!
If you’re unfamiliar with the Spoon Theory, there’s a really helpful post here!
Things You Will Need:
A single spoon (A literal spoon this time. Plastic works just fine but can be fancier if you choose.)
Your own energy.
The Spell:
Optional Opening: Ask a deity of your choice. “(Deity’s name), give me more spoons!”
Incantation: Say the following three times, after each time flick the spoon (gently or it might hurt.) “I have more metaphorical spoon. I have more energy and can better cope and deal with what comes my way.”
Charging: Wave that spoon about like crazy. Feel the energy from your environment and from yourself go into the spoon.
Optional Closing: “(Deity Name), I believe in your great power and thank you for this gift.”
What to do with the Spoon: At the end of the spell I like to kiss the spoon for a sense of completion. You can carry the spoon around with you in your pocket or bag, or what I do is leave the spoon on the altar. When I need a quick charge, I simple do the waving the spoon around part until I feel it working and kiss the spoon and put it back on my altar.
