Have you tried the Pomodoro technique to help you with your productivity while working and/or studying? If not, you should consider trying it. The time interval that people usually talk about is working for 25 minutes and then taking a 5-minute break. I discuss this one and two other ones. Best part? You can tweak it and make it your own. I'll share that for me the 50 min x 10 min works best because it takes me awhile to get into the flow state, and then to take a break after 25 minutes is too short.
