What character are you on Thursday? 1️⃣ OR 2️⃣ ?! ⠀ The future of work ⠀ Just a year ago, everyone was overestimating what they want out of their job or career. Since many of us started working remotely and got flexible working hours, the question became whether we can really work from home and be flexible in planning our time. ⠀ Some companies say that working remotely is NOT effective, and I agree with them. Remote work is suitable for freelancers with a small amount of work. ⠀ When several tens or hundreds of people develop a handheld cardiograph in the form of a clock, then the whole team's road is only to the office. ⠀ As my friend from the office said - I spend more time on calls in the zoom than a quick decision when your colleague is next to you. ⠀ You can disagree with me; everyone should have their own opinion. ⠀ I like working from home, but even my personal work I consider ineffective. I am constantly distracted by household chores, children, wife, TV.
