Agent Stone is the Eggman counterpart and is named Professor Stone. His aunt, Everest Stone, is the Maria counterpart.
Honey is the Amy counterpart and Blaze has a little crush on her (the inverse of Amy crushing on Sonic), though it's never reciprocated (no ships unless necessary).
Gold is the Silver counterpart.
It is kinda like the serious version of the Sonic-Eggman rivalry. Blaze is someone with composure and seriousness without cracking a joke as she has her duty as princess while Professor Stone have to think of many contigency plans in silence to fulfill his goals. But I could picture those two having a psychological manipulation like a chess game.

He'd probably hate Eggman, since he'd see him as arrogant and overconfident. Eggman would LOVE Stone, seeing him as someone who matches his intelligence. Stone is smarter than Eggman by a LOT, and would be easily pissed off by the doctor's eagerness.
He'd 100% start kicking ass, and there'd be a Sonic Forces level crisis. Sonic and the gang would be SO cooked.

Each other's number one haters. Stone says "I despise that little raccoon" more than he says "I hate the housecat". Marine wants to grind his bones into dirt. Stone at least feels respect for Blaze, since she's proven herself a worthy opponent. Stone fucking HATES Marine.

He doesn't have badniks. Badniks are Eggman's robots (badNIK, robotNIK).
Stone uses rock. I thought it'd be neat for him to use rocks to build creatures and give them life through very special means (Anthropomorphism Inducement), since his name is STONE. That's why Blaze's "copycat rival" is named Igneous. Its body is made of igneous rock.
