This is a really good, really well-researched video about creative software, its development and adoption from early 90s perpetual licensing (one-time purchase) all the way into the subscription-based monopoly hell it exists in now. Much of what is covered is stuff I've had some experience with, and learning for was lost because the software was out of ownership range to keep skills up-to-date.
