hi, i think a couple of years ago someone tried to make contact with us (stranger handed me dollar bill with a formerly cult loyal alter's name written on it), my question is would the handler have to know this was happening? can a group like freemason try to reach out to programmed person without the handler involved, or would that mean my handler is aware of how to find me/looking for me? can a group still try contact without handler's knowledge or involvement? sorry if its not phrased well

If a group wants you to return they can attempt to contact you.  A handler is the primary abuser and has the means to access the system.

If there is someone who ranks above your handler, they don't need their permission to contact you.

can a programmed system (delta and beta government programming) have more than one handler? i have memories of a man and a woman who would fit that role

It is rare for a system to have more than one handler. There may be a primary handler and secondary handler.

The primary handler would have all the access codes, and programming for the system.

The secondary handler would have some of the codes and be able to access some of the parts if needed in an emergency situation.

How can you tell if someone is a handler? And are they fully conscious of what they’re doing or are they in a triggered alter as well?

For government programming the programming is done as a team. There must be a minimum of two people present during programming.

Handlers are often programmed as well.  Handlers will receive different programming than those whom they are programming. There are handlers who are not programmed and they have the codes, maps, programs for the person who is programmed.

Some signs that someone is a handler are, there is a significant age difference, the person who is programmed will interact with their handler sometimes in a ‘professional’ manner or child like manner depending on the alter who is fronting.

The handler will often be a 'shadow figure’ for a number of government programmed individuals, as the person is used for covert operations, training of other recruits and other specified tasks.  

Handlers can be noticed by the cues they give: Where they touch someone, where they touch themselves can be trigger motions.  The phrases they say, if they seem to use a particular phrase only when speaking to the programmed person, and sometimes winking.

Other clues are the programmed person will try and seek out a specific individual for their 'opinion’, if they are asked a personal question/question about their work they will direct the asker to ask a specific individual, they have to seek permission even though they are an adult to do something, they are 'overly’ protective of someone who they should not be, they seem reserved/fearful when interacting with someone they know 'well’.

What happens if the handler is killed? How does the asset recover without the handler? Can a new handler be imprinted? Or might the asset imprint on someone else?

When a handler dies the programmed person will typically die within two years.

The programming will begin to breakdown even though internal programmers will attempt to keep the system running.

Without the handler to guide them and support them the person will become severely depressed. Other parts will attempt to navigate the world and life this will be unsuccessful. If an outside person is able to intervene this could be stopped.

A new handler can’t be imprinted. A succession can be done. The primary handler can “pass off” the person to whom they choose. This is usually to a family member i.e. son. If it’s military personnel the successor is the individual who would be taking the decedents place.

The issue with inheriting a person who is programmed is the deep level access codes may never be known. The original handler would have them and unless they pass these on they probably won’t be known.

An introject of the original handler should be placed within the system. This can cause issues as part of their task would be to prevent a takeover by another person.

The upper levels of the person maybe able to be reprogrammed. the deep levels would be tremendously difficult to reach and transfer over unless those codes and scripts were given.
