Life Update Thingy

Feel free to ignore or whatever.

Ok, so today I weighed myself for like the first time all summer. I haven't been keeping track of what I've been eating and I've pretty much just been eating whatever I feel like. Also, I haven't really been pushing myself on my runs or in my strength training either. But the bottom line is, it hasn't really affected my health negatively. I kinda expected that I would have gained weight, but I'm still the same as the last time I weighed myself. My run times are basically the same, too. However, I still have some work left to do. So, I'm going to start tracking my food intake again and get things a little more regimented. I think I run better in the fall anyway, and I won't be working 6 days a week so my legs will be less sore. Hooray!
