This is the language of the hornets, footsoldiers of the swarm and the bane of my existence. I’ve been working to understand this secret language in the hopes of finding some new intel on the swarm and how to defeat it. The first three signs were put out when the hornets first arrived, last October. Translations are written on the signs themselves.
The second set are actually both the same sign. One of the other tainted was wearing it upside down, so we took a photo, flipped it and cleaned it up. It reads “comply” written over two lines. We’ve all been there, writing that sign that says happy birthday, and you start with huge letters, and by the end you’re out of room? We think that’s what happened there.
