Hummingbird Garden

One of the first public gardens that Isaak has planned, after he gets the food gardens and greenhouses established, are those for hummingbirds. For one thing they are beautiful to look at, for another they make good homes for the birds, and for a third he simply loves them.

Plus it will help maintain healthy bug levels within the garden areas as the birds will chomp on extras.

Joel and the Bots are playing dress-up as Commando Cody and friends! And Joel’s helping Servo pretend that he’s flying higher than he’d normally be able to!

This show has reached Critical Levels of Cuteness and I’m not even out of season one yet!

Hummingbirds

One of Isaak’s favorite birds is the hummingbird. They are so beautiful and have so many uses for the environment, primarily in the form of pollinating various plants. 

They are ones of the animals he plans to release into the environment of the dome once it has been established to help keep the gardens going naturally.

Fulfilling Dreams

Today I should have been working, instead my muse took the encouragement y’all have been the last few days with the reblogging and comments and started the moon base. 

Yes it’s a giant dome. 

Most that pink you see? Those are gardens, parks and other spots to grow things. That small section of green on the south part? Isaak’s farm, well, when he first starts. It’s rather small to begin with. I will be making better blue prints, probably on the Sims2, of what his house looks like and how he has the gardens laid out, because why not. 

The blue ring is the outer wall, the protective wall that insures even gravity and protects them from space. 

There will be a lot more before it is done!
