Andrew Kapish kicking some Honors Project ass with Revision: The Digital Revolution & the Outmoded Revival
i don't have time to write blog posts right now, but i'm so incredibly grateful to be participating in the project reVision workshop this week, both as a facilitator in training and as a storyteller. as i said in the group, this is the most vulnerable and afraid i have ever been, but also the most honest, humbled, supported, and connected.
i've been able to share things that very few people know about, and get constructive feedback about my artistic practice and an infinite amount of support. it's been so reaffirming as to what i want to do with my future. someone said that i was a vessel for forbidden narratives, that people naturally felt like they could open up to me. i carry those stories not as a burden, but as an archive of hope, feelings, and honesty.
i'm truly honoured.
i am here.
