Project Smalltown (a.k.a. Stars Hollow) - Main street shops - Conklin Bakery
The Conklin bakery is run by Francine Conklin, one of the most respected and loved members of Smalltown’s community. She wakes up every day at 4am to bake bread and pastries and sell them at her little shop. A widow for longer than she was married, Francine is as sweet as she is independent and charismatic. She is grateful her daughter, Hannah, who runs the music store next door, is so close by.
P.S. I’m sorry, I’ve been kind of slow with this, but I’m creating businesses at the same time I create the families that run them (and build their houses) so it’s kind of a slow process!
