Cordelia. Ex-cultist. Ex-serial killer. Now enjoys her days with her wife, their dogs, lots of knitting tools and strong tea. Sometimes her bloodlust still calls to her, and those are the worst days.

I needed a break from Blender (doing a level for a video game) and commissions, so I decided to finish this piece I started like a month ago.

wanted to do a fun sketch where i messed with linework and lighting!!! I wouldnt say Eve's technically my favorite OC ever of all time, but I do work on their story quite often and love thinking about their world!

Sisters Irene (left) and Beatrice Gunness. They're core members of the cult "Red Promise", being part of the inner circle, the Cardinal Circle. It's been a while since I've drawn them, even though I really like drawing them. If I have any regrets, it's maybe drawing these characters a bit too much -- people think they have a bigger role than they do, and probably find them more likable than they actually are. But I'm planning on starting the first chapter Soon™ so maybe you'll find more about them eventually B)

Shadowspeaker Cordelia. Ex-cultist of Red Promise, given the power of Shadowspeaking. She broke off decades ago, redeemed by her lover, and has been lying low ever since. But the call of the blood is so strong, so strong, and she still remembers how power feels... She only needs an excuse.

I know it’s not October yet, but I was thinking about this character and wanted to draw her.

In the early stages of the greater king worm infestation, the hosts find themselves enjoying a greatly heightened healing factor and being impervious to pain. Only after the parasite has spread over the whole body does the actual bodily degradation start. Beatrice Gunness’ special power keeps her parasite infestation from ever developing into this phase 2, and gets to enjoy the, er, perks, indefinitely. Of course, the downsides of the power are easy to see.

Most of the time the worms are not very active, and Beatrice looks like a normal human being, but if she ever sustains damage, the activity of her parasites shoot up, and they become visible through her skin and tissue.

  Second part of the OC headshots for toyhou.se ... another folder of updated character profiles done. Only 8 characters in this folder (though I have more characters in this particular 'verse... they just don't have profiles yet.) Characters from top left: Dianee Hazzard // Thomas Wainewright Casandra "Cas" Muñoz // Ezekiel Fear   I don't have much to say about these! Was fun drawing characters I haven't drawn in over a year or so, I think. SOME DAY this will be a comic. Maybe.
