This weekend only (December 6 noon EST until December 8 noon EST, 2019) is the 13th annual Project4Awesome.

What is it?

P4A is an online charity event that enables thousands of internet users to raise over a million dollars and a ton of awareness for various charities in just one weekend.

Donate to The Foundation to Decrease Worldsuck (a real, USA tax-deductible charity) through the P4A website

Buy perks on the P4A website, which change throughout the weekend, and tend to consist of limited edition art, merch, and products from various people, and more

Vote for your favourite charity/ charities on the P4A website

Spread awareness for the P4A and its videos

Played a fandom trivia thing tonight. The categories included: Disney (mostly successful), Pixar (we really need to rewatch Encanto a few hundred more times), Star Wars (we were raised by an OG super fan), and HP (delighted by our lost knowledge, disappointed in it even being included at all).

Against all of those, each of which we have interacted with repeatedly, the category we scored best on was Avatar: The Last Airbender. Based entirely on random facts I had picked up on this beautiful hellsite. We have never watched a minute of it. Maybe now it’s time…
