Canon habits - I clack/chatter my teeth, partially as a vocalization and partially as a stim. Theres also; tongue clicks, a chirping sound made in my throat, and a myriad of other little noises I used to communicate then. Its mostly stims now, but they still work for communicating lol even if most ppl are "?????" at them.

So, the gym I go to has a cryo therapy chair thing for premium memberships and I thought eh why not try it

It gets pretty cold, and you're on for up to 15 mins at a crack

I coulda fallen asleep on that... shit. Guess being put in cryo containment as an asset for God knows how long, multiple times, will fuck you up at least a little. (Read: a lot. It fucks you up a lot.)

Anyways, all this to say well. I guess I'll be using it again. And again. And again. (Not all in a row, obvs, I know my body in this life can't handle that. Heck.)

sleepy asset go [freezer noises]

aka I mostly slept in cryocontainment. I uh. would often be awake far too long on missions and as a result Id get tossed on ice to let my body rest so Id be functional faster.

It was rlly just like an involuntary nap - time all felt the same to me in there. Just felt like a good, long sleep. A bit stiff waking up.

I wish I could sleep in such a cold space again without harming this body. Itd be nice, ngl.
