Project Salome by Ong Keng Sen opens tonight at Victoria Theatre. There will be three shows; tonight, a matinee tomorrow and an evening performance. It’ll be great to see you if you can make it. Ong Keng Sen’s latest production, Project Salome, drops in a week. It’s a part of @sifa_sg and it stars the incredible duo comprising of Michael(a) Daoud and Janice Koh. It is a beautiful meditation on journeys, transitions and sexuality. A complex reimagining of Oscar Wilde’s Salome. Don’t miss out on this! I am so happy to be a part of this as a set designer; where the set is an installation comprising of hundreds of humble cardboard boxes and a paper dress worn by Janice. 2022 is a year of new beginnings for me and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate this refresh by attempting to make a dress (in collaboration with Kyong Park).
