ProKay: Jared loves how passionate Kay is about the things she loves to do!! Whether it’s watching her paint or perform, he can’t help but smile when she’s lost in her favorite things.

MaiKay: Mai just adores how easily Kay blushes!! She loves to make her girlfriend smile and laugh and watch her cheeks turn bright red. 

❤️: Describe your first date!

ProKay: Aside from the flower festival, Jared took Kay to a really fancy restaurant where they sat by the window and gazed at the starry night sky (yknow bc she has a thing for space). Watching Kay stare out the window made Jared realize he had fallen in love with her.

MaiKay: They went to a garden and walked around, taking in everything around them. The sights, the smells, the warm breeze on the back of their necks; it couldn’t have been a more perfect day. They didn’t talk to each other a whole lot, but just being together in that moment was enough to make them both realize that they wanted to be more than just friends.

💋: Do you have nicknames for each other?

ProKay: Jared calls her Princess or Cupcake, Kay calls him Sparkles or Sparklebutt.

MaiKay: Mai calls her Kay Kat, Kay calls her Red.

📖: What’s your favorite thing to do together?

ProKay: Nature walks in the park !!! Smelling the flowers, sitting together on the swings, etc.

MaiKay: Cuddle together on the couch and watch whatever anime Mai is into that week. Kay usually falls asleep by the end of the show so Mai will stay put until she wakes up.

prokay headcanon: jared doesnt have the most positive feelings towards some of the fancy art stuff he had to learn growing up, so kay makes it her mission to try and replace his crappy memories with good ones by planning flower arrangement dates and researching various flower meanings to try to reassure him that she absolutely loves him and will never leave in such a subtle and meaningful way!! (i hope you feel better soon kay you angel ♡♡)

4. Which one fixes up the other one’s outfit in the morning (adjusting a tie, putting hair in the right spot, etc.)?

It’s usually Jared, and it’s right before they separate to go to class. He’ll give Kay their usual goodbye kiss, then he’ll look at her and let out a little chuckle as he brushes her bangs behind her ear while saying something like “You know why you take such a short amount of time to get ready? It’s because you’re already perfect the moment you get out of bed.”

8. What sorts of things would they give each other “just because”?

Kay likes to give Jared lil doodles she made on sticky notes or ones she tore out of her notebook. Sometimes she’ll doodle them together, but most of the time it’s just silly little things, like cats or flowers.Jared gives her little kisses on her nose, forehead, and/or cheeks. She always giggles and asks “What was that for?” even though she already knows the answer, she just likes to hear him say it.

9. Which member is more likely to fall asleep on the other member?

It’s usually Kay. She tends to have a lot of late nights spent rushing to finish homework, so she’s always super tired in the evenings. Plus when they lay together, he’s always wrapped around her and it’s so warm and comfy and she just falls asleep right there. <3
