For those that don't know I have now set up home at @prolific_Dance and am teaching an OPEN House Dance Class every Thursday.
As we have now moved into their new building the time table are subject to change but definitley know that my slot for the rest of this month is every Thursday 6-7pm.
It is a class of every level and age as I'm introducing myself to the neighbourhood but with more interest and demand I have the option of having more specific classes and training sessions. One of them being a Mums only class to come and sweat and just have an hour of freedom to let loose!

Performing a short solo, introducing another side of the Caramel Soldier as I Earn my Stripes Inspiring and Entertaining.
My Brand @piecesofhouse will also have a stall there with £1 going to Little Haven on every t-shirt sold. I will also be raising money by selling exclusive POH Stickers for the cause so make sure you come and #SaluteMe in the foyer before, in between and after the show!
This event is in support of two Charities Little Haven and Dance Aid
