i keep seeing all these pictures of all these girls in their dresses and they all look exactly like they normally do except for a few and i cant stop thinking about how i showed every single one of them up. it makes me feel so full of myself but honestly if anyone asked me who i thought looked the best i think i would say myself, not to be self obsessed but as an impartial third party observer.

like wow never have i felt that comfortable in a dress or all dolled up like i was. never. and last night i was confident and happy and had such a wonderful time. i only really felt self-conscious when i changed from my heels into the sandals my mom let me borrow so i wouldn't be in heels all night. before then i was on top of the world. i mean i was trying not to smudge my makeup or mess up my hair but only for my own sake, not because i cared of what a single other person thought.

okay okay but the best thing that happened last night was okay let me start from the beginning

so like midway through the dance the dj put on a slow song but matt was like nah not right now they'll play another one later and i was like okay okay but i really want to dance to a slow song and he was like okay and so we danced and hung out more then towards the end people were starting to leave and the dancing was pretty much over (music still going, no one on the floor) and i was getting really upset cuz i really wanted a slow song and so we were getting ready to leave then matt was like, you want a slow song? so he went up and asked the dj to put one on and we danced and it was just us for most of it and it was really great and i definitely started crying a lot wow i love my boyfriend.

no but last night every single person I talked to was like WOW Lizabeth you look AMAZING WOW and honestly I might've been the best looking person there.
