Lattice Light Sheet Microscopy: Division of a HeLa Cell
All the stages of mitosis: prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase.
Mitosis enables cells to undergo division via a cleavage furrow after cytokinesis is completed. The latter was not included due to limited space in the sheet.
Blast you updated science, now I have to remember the mitosis stages as "pee-pee mats".
The five phases of mitosis, in order, are:
Prophase
Prometaphase
Metaphase
Anaphase
Telophase
Note to self: memorise this by Friday.
