elodieunderglass adds: Oooh, a mystery for the bird nerds among us - let’s play Identify the Bird! I think it’s a domestic crossbreed goose of some kind of European type (Anser anser domesticus) - i.e. one descended from greylag geese (Anser anser). The bill and head look more bulky and domestic than those of a Canada Goose, with that distinctive straight angled line going directly from the dome of the skull to the tip of the bill. It is very beautiful and I love it very much. What do you guys think? Can we.... get an Anser?
