A reminder that trama doesn't discrimimate based on anything. Anyone can experience trauma regardless of race, age, social status, class, gender, sexuality, etc. And those things don't make the trauma any less severe.

I forget I have amnesia until someone who hasn't fronted for weeks (me) switches out and then the amnesia is glaringly obvious.
I haven't gone on here and said anything particularly stupid while in a while. I'm losing my game.
Sometimes I need to learn how to shut the fuck up
I give up on being hopeful. Everytime I get hopeful I'm so painfully disappointed. My father said he'd be here hours ago because I haven't seen him since August and I always visit for Christmas. He said he'd be here yesterday as well and never showed up. Now he says he'll be here in two hours and at this point I don't think he'll show up at all. I'm alone in my grandparents house crying like a child because my father is the same as he always is and yet I hope it'll be different each time and he'll be a functioning father for once. It never happens.
