*raises hand* As an animagus does this apply to me being a magical creature?
No, according to the Ministry of Magic, animagus do not count as magical creatures because it is a learnt skill.

i didn't quite understand the event, is it like a form we must fill? should we make a para ?? could you please explain further?
No, as the ooc information under the cut states, members are not required to fill out any applications or forms for this event (unless there is a demand for us to do so but we initially thought that requiring everyone to fill in a census would be a little tedious). Our main events affect the wizarding community, so it is likely that prophet articles and Ministry announcements will be hot topics amongst characters. If your character is worried about the census they might have a para set before the event, showing their anxieties. Friends may decide to go to the census together and support each other. Characters may even have something to hide (for example, they are an unregistered werewolf). Some may even try to get out of completing it altogether. These events are designed to help prompt interaction between characters and give members extra content to use in their paras. The admins will be observing interactions closely and how your characters react to these events (at times) will affect the course of our rp-wide plots.
More specific information will be available in a day or two, regarding the ic process of the census to help members write their paras (for example, the census will be conducted under conditions similar to an exam). *This post will also include the event tag. If you’re writing a para set before the event then you’re welcome to do so now without the tag. The ooc time of the event may be stretched over the course of a few days, but the time ic will take place during one day (on the 30th).
