also since this character did start as like. literally just interacting w this one blog, i may lose interest so fair warning!
also^2, i probably will tag this as tf2 rp or tf2 oc rp sometimes despite him not working for mann co. if you find proposal guy's posts annoying be sure to block !!! not passive aggressive, theres no hard feelings on it. hes not rlly based in canon at all and not very involved w most of tf2 other than existing in it's universe.
