Ingredients: 300g pasta of your choice. 200g mushrooms, sliced. 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5-6 minutes. Add prosciutto to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
