Hey guys! Been a while. Some updates.

So if you were unaware, the YouTube channel was nuked due to the copyright holders of the Japanese cast albums cracking down and hitting me with several strikes. I remade it as Phantom Retrospective 2.0, please subscribe if you have not already. I recently attended a cinema screening for that Korean Yeston & Kopit pro-shot and it was incredibly so I'm really in a Phantom mood again and will steadily be rebuilding things in the coming weeks. I have now also created a Phantom Retrospective Asia channel for all Asian Phantom content, just incase it happens again I don't lose everything. For unrelated reasons I won't be getting into, my old Discord account was disabled and the old Phantom Retrospective discord was made read-only by my moderators as it no longer has an owner. Christmas has come early! My gift to all of you: -One complete show audio of Michael in EFX -and a new version of my video reconstruction combining a couple copies of a bootleg video, pro-shot footage from the documentary & youtube and some bits from the newly acquired audio. Since it no longer uses the studio version of Counting Up to Twenty, it isn't blocked by YouTube and I can post it all in one video. May 7th, 1995 Audio I hope you all enjoy. Also look forward to an audio of the understudies from after Michael was hurt soon. They still used the filmed bits with his floating head in Nexus and the Finale despite Kevin Koelbl filling in for the EFX Master. Please do share with anyone who may be interested. This is the fruit of my efforts with my friends to keep this wonderful show preserved. This is the most complete and highest quality copy of this version of the show you will find on the internet.

Spiritual Twist: Jesus Phantom

Some of you may recall the strange affair of the Jesus Phantom… a mystery never fully explained…

Today I offer not one, but TWO productions of this infamous religious adaptation. One is from 2011 and the other is from 2015. Their description of it tells you all you need to know, really:

Based on the novel by Gaston Leroux, the STP version of this beloved story is filled with excitement, rich symbolism, and outstanding music!> Christine is a simple ballerina and understudy at the Paris Opera house, but everything changes when she must sing in the place of the Opera’s prima donna - Carlotta - who refuses to perform after a mysterious and deadly “accident” occurs. During her performance, Christine is re-discovered by her childhood friend and sweetheart, Raoul. Little does she know that a fierce battle for her heart and soul is about to begin between Raoul (representing Christ) and her mysterious voice teacher, known as the Phantom (the deceiver of our souls).
