Warming up for leg day . Reverse lunges on the slide board . Love using the slide board as a warm up to get the blood flowing or as a finisher when the legs are feeling like jello . Playing around with strength curves . Working with bands to emphasize the cheek squeeze at the top of movement (full hip extension) . The bands make it harder at the top of the exercise where the lift is normally easier . This also forces me to slow down and control the negative with the bands pulling my arms down . Monkey see, monkey do 🐵 . Ever since i put up the @prosourcefit foldable pull up bar she's been working hard at defying gravity .
