Made it downstairs to the gym for the first time in months! 🙌🏻 . Started a couch to 5k with the Just Run app. Today was 5min warm up, then switching between 1min run /1.5min walk. 🏃🏼♀️ . Followed up with a little lifting then some stretching. . My hips were tiiiiiight but loosened up as I went. I tried not to push too hard being the first day out.
