Probably a much more willing possession than Raikou would be. Unless Shaymin tried to do something Falkner strongly disagreed with, or he got anxious about the work that he had to get done, he’d give the Pokémon control to accomplish its goals.

He might appear more cheerful and daring, with little desire to stay indoors or away from the sky. Possessed!Falkner would speak more freely, with little concern about how others might react to what he was saying. Of course, he would also show gratitude for even the smallest things, usually through flowers or small gifts.
